If the delivered transcription does not meet the agreed quality standards.
If there are significant errors in the transcript due to the Company’s negligence.
If the service cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end.
b. Conditions to Qualify for a Refund:
The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the transcription.
Clear evidence of the error or issue must be provided.
Refunds are not applicable for poor-quality audio or video provided by the client.

d. Timeline for Refunds:

If work has already commenced, a partial fee will be charged based on the percentage of work completed.
